Head the web sales team.
Be accountable for leading the team to achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly Revenue Budgets.
Conceive and implement strategic, tactical and Operational measures to achieve the Budgets.

Knowledge of web sales dynamics and key drivers thereof.
Ability and Willingness to learn Life Insurance products.
Ability to look through and analyze MIS.
