Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
Tracking PFC to FC conversion and supporting the Region to record higher conversion.
Enabling the Region/Cluster to have higher new code activation
Driving Rising Star Conversion.
Zero club activation.
Supporting Region/Cluster by conducting Recruitment and business related activities.
Delivering training as per the training continuum.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)
Should be in the age group of 28- 35
Graduate/Post graduate
Basic qualification in Insurance.-preferred
At least 3 years of Sales or Training Experience with 1-yr industry experience.
