• Should not have any backlogs
• Should have awareness of BPO industry and should have inclination for the same
• Candidates with good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and interfacing
skills
• Willing to work in different time zones / complete night shifts
