Urgent Requirement- Walkin Interview
Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(TCS) is executing a mega e-governance project (Passport Seva Project -PSP) for the Govt Of India and has set up Citizen Service Centres across the country for which CMC Ltd: A TATA Enterprise (Subsidiary company of TCS) urgently requires the following staff at Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi & Gorakhpur.
1. Customer Service Manager (CSM)-
MBA(Finance or Operation ) with more than 8 years experience in Operation . Preferably from the Banking or Insurance Industry. Good experience in customer handling, team handling, liasoning.
CSM`s major responsibilities include-
a. Overall incharge of Branch and to ensure best service delivery to the Customers (Citizens) through a team of Executives (CSEs)
b. Responsible for Business Process Compliance.
c. Managing cost and P & L handling.
d. SPOC for Branch.
2. Accounts Officer- M COM with more than 5 years of experience in Budgeting, General Accounting, Taxation, Balance sheet preperation. Good knowledge and understaning of accouting terminologies.
Non M COM need not visit.
3. Admin Executive - Graduate with 3-4 experience in general admin activities which includes housekeeping ,security , travel and logistics arrangement etc.
