Recruit, manage & motivate advisor sales teams
Motivates and supervises a group of advisors
Trains advisors on company products & selling skills
Provides assistance to advisors in lead generation, prospecting and business development
Prospecting: Managing the prospect base of advisors
Ensures that advisors adhere to required business processes and norms
Activity ratio: ensure that all the Advisors are activated.
Salary: INR 50,000 - 2,50,000 P.A. Incentives + Business Development Allowance · Reimbursement on TA + Phone allowance up to 5K
