• Awareness of UI design tools like Photoshop, Flash

• Awareness of UI design principles and best practices

• Ability to work closely with UX analysis and design teams

• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards (W3C Guidelines)

• Ability to work with development team and provide UI support

• Good presentation and communication skill
