Position- Development Manager( Sales) Agency
Direct reporting to Branch Manager/ ABM
Handling team of advisors.
Job Description:-
•To recruit a team of Advisors/ Agents for selling different insurance and investment products.
•Managing and Heading a Team of Advisors/Agents for achieving sales targets.
(An Agent/Advisor could be - For Example:, Chartered Accountant, Lawyer, House Wife, Teacher, Entrepreneur, Retired Person, Working people, Property dealer, Shopkeeper etc who can sell different insurance products on a part-time or full time basis. They are on commission basis and get commission and other benefits depending upon volume and products. )
•Imparting necessary training from time to time to team members to get desired results.
•Motivating team members (Agents/ advisor) and setting targets for them.
•Monitor and review of agents performance. Help agents to achieve maximum business.
•Joint sales calls with advisors for business and on field training.
•Building and maintaining customer relationships - For ongoing business & reference generation
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A. + Business development allowance + incentives(Best in the industry)
