Job Description
Acquisition & Agent Activization
1) Sourcing business per/month.
2) Would be responsible for business for minimum of 2 branches.
3) Activize agents (10 agents) for per branch per month.
4) Manage the relationship with the field agents/leaders including all key stake holders/personnel.
Training & Product Support
1) Facilitate and anchor ongoing training & skill developments for the field force. Publish schedule for training for the month and drive the training.
2) Utilize Training as an ‘activisation’ tool.
3) Educate Agents of ‘Renewals’ Process.
Operations & Service Delivery
1) Quality Checking of Application Forms & ensure all forms are completely filled with all documents.
2) Ensure Funds are deposited by the branch on time
3) Ensure all applications forms are dispatched within 48 hours of log-in.
4) Help in resolution of discrepancies.
5) Guide Agents/customers on service related issues/queries/complaints.
Renewals & Business Retention
1) Accountable for Renewal Collection of 75% of previous year business through timely reminder, follow up with agents, creating awareness & sensitizing branch/leaders.
2) Ensure Renewals premiums are banked in time
Salary: INR 50,000 - 1,75,000 P.A. CTC upto 2Lacs + conveyance reimbursement + incentives
