Designation Assistant Manager/Associate Manager-Corporate sales
Job Discription-
Achieve targeted Sales
Activate intermediaries in the designated territory
Relationship Management with all the intermediaries & key personnel of the clients
Market research and portfolio buildup for the corporate group businesses in the designated territory
Maintain a repository of business pipeline in the designated territory with complete information.
Ensuring that the pipeline of RFQ from the intermediaries
Assist the regional in-charge in achieving the business objective of the territory
Take up challenges as may be assigned from time to time by the regional sales in-charge
Work towards client satisfaction by working in close coordination with CRM and other internal teams
Desired Profile
Experience
5+ years of sales experience in Insurance (group business)
Proven ability to execute business targets
Track record of delivering stretching business goals in a challenging business environment
Knowledge of intermediaries & their operational capabilities at the local level.
Knowledge of local corporate group business
Experience 4 - 9 Years
